You can target people that are brand new to your market.  The new movers are qualified by move distance of over 150 miles.  They can also be targeted by where they moved from, which is perfect for identifying fans from markets where your club plays their old market's team as well as states where your sport is very popular (i.e. hockey states).  You can put together a custom partial plan that includes their former market's team.
